CRLL 2026 Important Dates

Clear Ridge Little League is gearing up for an exciting 2026 season, and families have several important dates to keep on their calendars. From preseason preparations to Opening Day festivities and end-of-season celebrations, this year’s schedule offers plenty of opportunities for players, parents, and supporters to come together.

The season begins with the Team Parent Meeting on April 13 at 5:30 PM at Wentworth Park. This meeting will cover important roles and responsibilities, review the season calendar, and assign concession stand schedules. It is a key event for families to get organized and prepared for the months ahead.

Next up is Field Day on April 18 at 10:00 AM at Hale Park, where families are encouraged to lend a hand in preparing for the season. The league notes that, in order to receive reimbursement, participants must complete both field day duty and concession stand duty. Children are also welcome to attend, making it a great way for families to get involved together.

One of the most anticipated events of the spring is the Opening Day Parade on April 25 at 10:00 AM, beginning at the Wentworth/Kinzie parking lot. The parade route will travel down Narragansett to 61st Street and end at Hale Park’s parking lot, bringing players, families, and the community together to officially kick off the season. Following the parade, an Opening Ceremony will take place at Hale Park Field 2, featuring ceremonial first pitches and a brief program before games begin.

In May, players and families can look forward to a special outing as Clear Ridge Little League attends the Chicago White Sox vs. Mariners game on May 8 at 6:40 PM at Guaranteed Rate Field. Players are encouraged to wear their team jerseys and enjoy a memorable evening with teammates. Team spirit will continue with Team Pictures on May 9 and May 13 at Hale Park, with exact times still to be announced.

As the season winds down in June, the league will celebrate with two closing events. The Instructional Picnic on June 26 at Hale Park will take place after the final game, giving players a chance to wrap up the season with their teammates and enjoy pizza afterward. Then on June 27, Hale Park will host the Picnic & Championship Game Day for Pee-Wee, Minor League, and Little League teams. Each team will bring its own food and choose its own picnic spot, while the concession stand remains open throughout the games.

With a full calendar of events ahead, Clear Ridge Little League’s 2026 season promises to be filled with teamwork, tradition, and community fun. Families with questions can reach out to the league board by email at [email protected]
